Two female journalists were barred from covering a program organized by the ‘Jatiyo Mullobodh Songrokkhon Parishad’ (National Values Preservation Council) at the Osmani Memorial Hall on October 25, 2025. Tahmina Islam of Deshkal News and Shiuly of Breaking News were obstructed and denied entry right at the gate. At that time, they were explicitly told not to send female reporters in the future.
