In reaction to the death of Sharif Osman Hadi, the spokesperson for Inqilab Moncho, a group of protesters pelted bricks at the Prothom Alo office in Sylhet. The incident took place late at night on December 18, 2025. During the attack, the protesters were seen chanting various religious slogans.
