Police detained journalist Munni Saha from the Karwan Bazar area in the capital. The incident took place around 10:00 PM on November 30, 2024. After she left her office at Janata Tower, a group of locals surrounded her. Upon receiving the news, police arrived at the scene, detained her, and took her to the police station. Munni Saha is the editor of an online portal named Ek Taker Khobor. Although she faces four cases, she was later handed over to her family’s custody on the condition of bail in those cases.
