Imdadul Haque Milon, a journalist for the newspaper ‘Bortoman Somoy’, was shot dead by miscreants while sitting at a tea stall in Sholua Bazar under Arongghata in Khulna city. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM on December 18, 2025. He was rushed to the hospital with gunshot wounds, where doctors declared him dead. He was serving as the President of the Sholua Press Club.
