A case has been filed against journalist Khorshed Alam Sagar in Lalmonirhat over the publication of a news report. The case was filed by Faridul Islam, joint secretary of the Lalmonirhat District Rail Workers’ Dal, on September 13, 2025, at Sadar Police Station. Sagar is the Lalmonirhat district correspondent for the daily Ajker Patrika.
