Tahir Zaman Priyo was a Bangladeshi freelance journalist and videographer. He was also associated with the online news portal The Report.Live as a video journalist. On July 19, 2024, while covering the quota reform movement on Central Road in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, he was shot in the head by law enforcement gunfire and died. Although his nearby friends tried to rescue him and take him to the hospital, it was not possible due to continuous police shooting.
