The District Detective Branch (DB) of police has arrested Md. Golam Muktadir, a named accused in the case involving the attack and vandalism on the vehicle of Md. Ainul Haque, Member of Parliament (MP) for Sirajganj-3 (Raiganj-Tarash-Salanga). He was arrested during a raid conducted on the night of August 16, 2026. With this, two named accused in this case have been arrested so far. Md. Golam Muktadir is the General Secretary of the Raiganj Press Club and the Member Secretary of the Municipal Sechchasebak Dal.
