Private television channel ‘Ekhon TV’ has issued show-cause notices to four of its journalists over their personal Facebook posts. In addition to the notices, security personnel have barred them from entering the office since February 17, 2026. The four journalists are Mahmud Rakib, Belayet Hossain, Mujahid Shuvo and Azahar Limon. The Human Resources (HR) department communicated the show-cause notices via email and WhatsApp.
